Host changed return instructions within an hour of when we were to return the car. Original agreement was to drop off right at the airport baggage claim where we picked up the car. What was an ideal situation turned into last minute stress on getting gas, going to the new drop off point and then waiting for a shuttle to the airport! Worry about traffic through Denver (we were on the west side in the mountains), security lines, and everything else that one deals with when going to the Denver airport! That place is very busy. I said that at this point it wouldn't be a good idea. She said well it would really make it easier for me. ???????

I’m sorry you felt the drop off situation wasn’t ideal as you were able to park the car at the parking lot of the airport. We don’t specifically offer airport delivery which is why it isn’t an option in the delivery choices but we tried to make it work for guests that go around that and book at the airport address. Picking up and dropping off customers right at the gate is an extra nicety when we are able to, I’m sorry you thought that was the agreement for drop off.
