Appreciate being able to rent a jeep wrangler. This was a good vehicle for our family

It was just okay. The pickup up and drop off was not what was pre-arranged and sent to us in instructions before hand. Ended up having to wait on the Jeep to be dropped off to us which was about 45 mins after what was arranged. It was suppose to be waiting in a parking lot for us. And we were to drop off at a completely different location or our original location 1 1/2 hrs before what was arranged.
As for the Jeep, it was just okay. Brakes need to be replaced. They were super squeaky and almost seemed unsafe. The apple and android car play had to be constantly unplugged and re-plugged in to get to work which was super annoying trying to use our maps to navigate around. Driver side lock key hole didnt work, so we had to crawl across passenger side to unlock drivers door. Speakers were crappy, I'm guessing at some point blown, so we had to keep volume real low or music was distorted. The soft side top windows in the back were quite cloudy making looking out rear view mirror difficult while driving and would of been almost impossible if it had rained on us.
Lastly the Jeep was super basic, guess this part was my fault for not checking, but no power locks, windows, mirrors, remote start, etc. Overall, I wish we had picked a different Jeep! It did get us from point A to B, but we rented a Jeep for the Jeep "experience" and it was a great let down!
