Leticia was a great host and communicated quickly! I made a first time mom mistake on the car seat I needed and she changed it out no problem.

Leticia was very attentive and responsive. Pickup location and description were great. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the car needs to get its brakes checked and repaired. At first, it rode great in town, but when we hit the mountains the car would vibrate when trying to brake down hill. It got much worse after 60 mph. The entire car would rattle. However not too bad if driving slow.
I’m sure they will have the car in top shape for the next ride.
