Car was in perfect condition. Handoff and drop off was smooth can be. And host is responsive to messages and and very helpful when I had to make a last minute adjustment (early drop off) - thank you! Highly recommend

Car was great, clean and easy to drive, and good value. However the booking said it was at DEN international but the actual location is several miles away and we had to get an uber from the airport for pickup and drop off (the actual address doesn’t appear until the booking is confirmed). The owner declined to change the drop off location to the airport or a hotel nearby even though Turo does allow that if requested through the app. There was a persistent tire pressure issue and no window wash fluid. Other than that the car worked great. For local rentals no issues though I would not recommend this vehicle if you are flying to DEN given the location.

let me clear here a lot of assumptions you made it . As per turo policy you make your trip pick up and drop off location. We clearly mentioned the pick up/drop off location same . It’s already mentioned in the turo apps if you want Airport and other locations to pick up , you as a guest have to pay a certain amount which is already clear in the app. When we had a clear conversation about the pick up/drop off location you don’t wanna pay extra amount so personally I can’t help on that situation.
it’s a very easy and smooth process , if you need a car book this one. nice and clean car, works well!
