Everything was fine with the car, pickup and instructions. The communication with the host was prompt and very clear. The car ran very well, no issues at all.

The car was great, and overall I had a very good experience. It was my first time using Turo, so I was a bit nervous, but everything went smoothly and I didn’t have any issues with the vehicle.
The only thing I would suggest is having the host reach out after the booking is confirmed or include clearer pickup and drop-off instructions in the app. I wasn’t aware that I needed to call and wait for a response before pickup, so having that information ahead of time would have made the process easier.
Other than that, everything went well, and I would recommend this vehicle.
