This rental was amazing beginning to end! As a person who appreciates excellence and commitment - we got that and above! From the prompt communication from Jose and team, to the thought that is placed in the well being and comfort of the client, they got it covered. The Volkswagen Atlas came with great features, professionally detailed level of cleanliness and rode smoothly during the entirety of our trip. One detail I thought was pretty neat that would unnoticed to many but not for those with a keen eye for detail: When Jose drove the car to me, he removed the freshly cleaned weather mat, upon delivering he quickly set it back up before I stepped in - guaranteeing I was first to enjoy it - that’s not nothing! Thank-you Jose for going beyond - This will definitely be who I reach out to next time I’m in town. God Bless.
