The car was amazing. It was clean, and Hao did a great job explaining all of the features. He even met us at the gate at the airport, loaded our bags and sent us on our way! At the end of the trip, we simply pulled up to the airport and he again met us there, unloaded our bags and took the car back right there—-no parking lots or meeting outside of the airport. This is truly the very best Turo experience we have EVER had. We HIGHLY recommend!!!
