Car was fine, smelled like smoke though.
I sincerely apologize Ma’am, as you are aware there are no smoking signs posted in the vehicle that state “no smoking or vaping” also I’m sure you saw the no smoking key tag on the key when you took it from the lockbox & returned it as well. I do everything in my power to deter smoking in any of my vehicles, and clean and disinfectant them before & after every trip. I will have this vehicle detailed in and out as well as ozoned immediately.

Needed a vehicle for a day out for a quick turn around trip. Out of all of the vehicles I've rented on Turo on my trips to Ohio, this was the best. Easy to locate, great communication, the car was clean. Thank you for making my trip and my drive comfortable. I look forward to booking again!
