I sincerely apologize Ma’am, as you are aware there are no smoking signs posted in the vehicle that state “no smoking or vaping” also I’m sure you saw the no smoking key tag on the key when you took it from the lockbox & returned it as well. I do everything in my power to deter smoking in any of my vehicles, and clean and disinfectant them before & after every trip. I will have this vehicle detailed in and out as well as ozoned immediately.
