The car was great. Pick up and drop off was easy. I had no issue. There are a few stains as previously discussed, but was not a bother at all. It was a very smooth drive. I will be booking with them in the future.

Terrible experience. The vehicle was delivered in unacceptable conditions: the exterior was filthy, one of the sun visors was broken, and the interior had a severe, overwhelming cannabis odor, which was highly concerning since I was traveling with minors.
More importantly, this is a serious safety hazard: the windshield wipers were completely broken/not functioning, severely restricting visibility while driving. When I politely reported these issues with photographic evidence, the host became extremely defensive, passive-aggressive, and uncooperative. He explicitly threatened in the chat that he would refuse to end the booking early if he personally deemed my claims "exaggerated," attempting to intimidate me into not returning the vehicle. >
To make matters worse, I contacted Turo Support immediately to report the safety issues and the host’s behavior, but they failed to provide any assistance or resolution. I was forced to buy an air freshener and keep an unsafe vehicle until June 8th just to avoid further complications and unfair charges. Avoid this host at all costs.
