Bad host. Poor communication
The guest was provided with clear trip instructions before pickup but chose not to follow them. He took the vehicle out of state without proper communication or prior approval. I communicated directly with the guest and also involved Turo during the trip to address the issue.
Despite that, the guest later left a review claiming poor communication, which does not reflect what happened I would not rent to this guest again.

The car was perfect no gas when I got it but I returned on full tank also owner was very helpful and nice
