Pick up was smooth and easy. Car was in great shape. Communication could use some improvement. I extended two days total. First day, I didn't receive a response at all but didnt receive a refund. Second day, he gave a short response than blocked off all other days. Some people are more flexible than others with car rentals. Communication goes a long way with business. I returned the car exactly how I received it🙂, with more miles. The price for the rental was unbeatable!
