The host was nice and car looks pretty but I didn’t like the fact I wasn’t informed on the sound issue prior to pick up

Picking up and dropping off was seamless. The car was great but we were not able to enjoy music or podcasts very much because the sound system in the car was very warbled and staticky. Other than that there were not any issues.

The host was very attentive and understanding for my first time using turo. I appreciate this service it was easy to pick up, there was some little flaws such as the speakers need some tuning, and a little maintenance with interior vents. It was a very nice car and very nice ride , I definitely enjoyed the ride and 2024 Buick Envista.
