Vaughn communicated early on instructions for pick up and drop off. Car was clean, comfy, and drove great. It had all the perks of a newer car. Chargers were even in the car ready for use. Will definitely look to rent with Vaughn in the future.

The vehicle was great. Communication was very good.
The only issue I have is that there was no disclosure of the extra $120 fee for airport pick up/drop off before renting the non refundable vehicle. Then we had to pay for parking which was not disclosed beforehand either.
