I had a great experience renting from Mr. Norman. The car was in excellent condition, clean, reliable, and drove smoothly the entire time. What really stood out to me was his kindness and understanding. There was a small incident caused by my friend while we were using the car, and instead of reacting negatively, Mr. Norman handled the situation with patience and professionalism. He was very supportive and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely rent from him again. Highly recommended!
