What started as a pleasant family visit unfortunately turned into a very frustrating experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of clear communication, the inconsistent information I received from customer service, and the fact that I was not given appropriate credit after returning the vehicle early due to damage to the windshield.
This was my first experience using Turo, and unfortunately, it did not leave a positive impression. Based on the way this situation was handled, I do not foresee using Turo again in the future.

This was hands down one of the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had. The entire process was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free from pickup to return. The vehicle was in immaculate condition spotlessly clean, well maintained, and drove like it was brand new.
The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their customer service exceeded all of my expectations, and they made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality rental experience. If you’re looking for outstanding service, excellent vehicles, and a team that truly values its customers, this is the place to rent from. I’ll definitely be using them again for future trips. This suv is amazing!! If I could give more stars I would!!! Extremely nice and smooth riding. Host was also very friendly. This have been my best experience yet on Turo and I have been renting a couple years now. Highly recommended. Do yourself a favor and rent this vehicle. I definitely will again. Worth every penny!
