The car had a strong bad odor the host did offer to buy spray but that was not very much help. I spent a good bit trying to get rid of the smell

Great communication with host

It was a good car. I would buy it as my own. Great space. Clean. Just the tire kept going low and the check light engine is on. But great host! Good communication. I would rent from Royal again! Awesome!

The tire pressure won’t hold air. But other than that it was a good ride. And I thank you

Everything was smooth from start to finish. The car was clean, drove good, and there weren’t no issues at all. Pickup and drop-off was easy, communication was great, and I’d definitely rent again. Appreciate the great service!
