Wendell was also an excellent host. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and he made everything very easy and convenient. I especially appreciated the detailed and easy-to-follow instructions for both picking up and dropping off the vehicle. The car smelled like smoke and I had to purchase air fresheners because of the smell and the key got stuck in the ignition as well. I did contact the owner to let them know and he tried to give me pointers on taking out the key….it was great on gas but if he get those lil things fixed it will be a perfect ride

Thank you for your feedback. The ignition issue was due to failing gear shift lever, which was caused by wear tear and has since been fixed at a nearby Chevrolet dealership. Smoke smell was also caused by a previous customer and has been dealt with.
