We sincerely apologize for the disruption. While we're glad we met you within 20 mins to swap you into an upgraded Tucson, we apologize Turo's system took 30 mins to process the transfer.
We immediately troubleshooted on the phone and rushed out to help. The vehicle ultimately just needed a battery jump. While the maintenance score is understandable, the low cleanliness and communication marks are surprising given our instant response. We wish you the best on future travels!
