Car broke down heading to destination. A day later still stuck out of town.

Terrance, we had the vehicle inspected by our local mechanic and it turns out it was low on engine oil. After a 2 quarts addition, everything was fine. We apologize for the inconvenience and were happy to be able to accommodate you with a hotel and alternative transportation via the TURO voucher, and a full refund for your trip. Still, that doesn’t fully make up for this rare occurrence as we have consistently been 5 stars with this vehicle.
