Car was in acceptable condition although multiple areas of exterior damage and checkin was difficult and frustrating-I ask multiple times where to find the car and where was the lockbox location - it would have been very helpful to indicate a lot location for the car and state that the lockbox was located on the car window rather than “above the window - what window!” This was my first tome with Turo but i found Perche less than helpful and he did switch my original contract to a different and slightly more expensive car.
Hey Phillip, we are sorry Turo switched you out of your original booking. However, that was because a separate host canceled not us. At 1:40PM, which was 2 hours prior to your trip start. We sent you the lot location, lockbox code, and photos of the location. The photos also illustrated the minor damages to the car. We also sent you a hyperlink that had the exact pin location of the car.
