The suv that I rented was clean, ran smoothly. The host responded quickly to my questions. Pick up location was in a great location. Overall was a good experience renting a vehicle from them.

The car smelled of smoke from a previous driver and was not mentioned to me before the trip. I had to inform the owner of the smoke smell before they let me know they would not be charging me for it. I expect full transparency from the service and it should have been mentioned before the car was booked. Also it’s almost impossible to fill up the car and then drive to the delivery spot. I filled it up the morning off before driving down to the delivery spot. Charging a $10 inconvenience fee is also ludicrous. I understand business is business tho.
No issues with the car otherwise. Also loved that he had a usb charger in the car!

The car was returned same day of your trip and was cleaned and tried to get rid of slight smoke smell. It is impossible to let you know that before you reserved the car. We do not know who is going to smoke in these cars. On another note..there are 3 gas stations with in a mile of drop off spot. The $10 extra fees is a Turo fee. Last, I would pay more attention to how dirty you returned the car!!!
