It was a very pleasing experience… He was very kind and answered all questions. He was accommodating to change the pick up location to the airport on our drop off Jimenez at the airport and even dropped us off at the departures. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Great trip and the car was fine, EXCEPT THAT I NOTIFIED RUBEN AT 3:41 THAT THE CAR WAS AT THE LOCATION WHERE THE CAR WAS DROPPED OFF.
