Pick up was easy, but the vehicle hadn’t been washed in weeks. Inside was just as bad with dirt covered floor mats, dirty napkins/kleenex, mail and other general trash.
Interior has several things that are broken, arm rests, sun glass holder, etc…
Outer edge of tires are nearly bald and transmission jerks violently at times when shifting gears.
I understand the vehicle is 10 years old, but also paid $1300 for a week.
While I don’t own any Turo vehicles, I do own and operate several Airbnbs. I can never imagine having a guest use one of my properties in this condition.
The whole premise behind using Turo is to get a better experience than using a national rental car company. It was anything but a better experience.
