The car was confusing and you charged $50 for gas when i asked for help with turning it off because it wouldn’t turn off so it ran the gas and it wasn’t disclosed to refill the tank unless i read it wrong.
I’m sorry there was confusion. The vehicle turns off by putting it in park and pressing the start/stop button, as explained during the trip. The gas charge was only to replace the fuel used while the vehicle was left running, and the refuel policy is included in the listing and trip details. I always do my best to help guests, but I can only work with the information provided during the trip.
