Upon pick up I seen a lot of damage on the outside of the vehicle
Thank you for your feedback, Elizabeth. We do want to clarify that the Tiguan does not have “a lot” of damage. There are a few cosmetic scratches from a previous guest, but the vehicle is mechanically sound, clean, and well maintained as reflected in the other category ratings. We appreciate you choosing to rent with us and will continue improving our listing photos for future guests.

Host gets 5 stars, car gets 3. 1st 24 hours of rental, the car had multiple dashboard lights come on. Epc light, engine light and license plate light. Owner has been very responsive and accommodating to put me in a different vehicle.
