5 stars! The vehicle was clean, drove great, and was exactly as described. The owner was upfront about the hail damage, but it had no impact on how the vehicle drove or the overall experience. Communication was excellent, they were responsive, on time for pickup, and even accommodated me when I returned the vehicle earlier than originally scheduled. I would definitely rent from them again.
