Jae’s communication and car was great. My only issue was that the posting did not say that the car does not come with a charger and I was traveling to a town with no charging station.

Jae was great to work with. Very responsive throughout the trip and made everything easy. The 2025 Model Y was awesome — clean, fun to drive, and the FSD was honestly one of the coolest parts of the experience. Would definitely rent from Jae again.
