Everything about this rental was perfectly smooth as expected. Car quality is great, Evie was easy to work with during pickup and drop off. Would highly recommend!

Pickup easy! Nice lady! Process via Turo app horrible for 80 year old woman.
Hi Jane, the rattle you noted did not affect the vehicle's safety, reliability, or performance. As this is a 2026 model, I highly doubt it was due to a preventable maintenance issue and it was more likely caused by a loose item in the cabin. Regardless, I'll have it inspected.
I also noticed the lower rating for the pickup location. The pickup location was clearly listed before booking and selected during the reservation process, so I don't believe that rating reflects the quality of the trip.
