This was a perfect choice to drive my family for tour of colorado springs. Absolutely amazing gas saver! Very spacious and the interior was very clean. The navigation system and Bluetooth were great and very helpful. Hosts were very communicative and helpful every time I reached out.

The USB in the car didn't work so I couldn't plug in and use my phone for navigation which I messaged prior to trip is what I would need to use. I had to hold my phone in my hand the entire way and it also ran out of battery since the plug didn't work. I tried to connect bluetooth but the # it said on screen was not same as what was coming up - I took photos of both
I tried to message you and respond and ask if you would like assistance with connecting your phone but never got any response throughout the entire trip to any messages. I'm sorry you had difficulty. I can only do so much with no communication.

The car was perfect. Eric was great. The gas mileage was honestly impressive. He answered all my questions. Not a single bad thing to say about the experience. Would absolutely rent from him again.

This is the first time we have rented with Eric and Turo. We did so because of the huge savings in cost between Turo and the other traditional car rental companies. What we didn’t expect was the outstanding customer service that Eric provided. He communicated with us prior to our trip, he checked in with us during our trip and we saw him again when we were returning the car.He receives an A in customer service. We had a small issue during our 4 week rental and he handled quickly with no hassle. He is definitely customer oriented. We will be returning to rent through him again in August and December.
