Had to swap cars because the air conditioning wasn’t working but the host was very communicative and kind. He immediately offered another option and drop off options. The process was relatively painless Turo just has their process which takes a little bit the host was fantastic!
Stephanie informed me that the A/C was not functioning properly. I offered a vehicle swap, and she handled the situation with great flexibility, patience, and understanding. Since this was the first vehicle-swap experience for both the guest and the host, I truly appreciated her cooperative approach, which helped make the process smooth and successful.
