Drove the Land Rover discovery sport 2020. Overall it was an “okay experience” car was decent on the inside and out visually but as soon as I started driving it, it was noticeable that it needs maintenance. Every time you’d press on the breaks (even slightly) the whole vehicle would vibrate, tons of brake shudder, definitely needs a break job and possibly new rotors. Also anytime you went over a bump it sounded like the front wheels were going to fall off, almost like the suspension was shot. I rented this vehicle for a work trip and was embarrassed when I drove a few coworkers to lunch because it was that noticeable. Check in went “okay”. No checking instructions were sent so I was not aware of the parking fee until after I was trying to access and find the vehicle. Michael responded promptly though and apologized for the technical error, granting me access promptly.
