Everything with the vehicle itself was great, and I have no complaints about the rental.
However, I did want to make you aware of an issue I encountered during pickup. A neighbor from across the street stopped in the middle of the street to question me. Despite me explaining three separate times that I was renting a Turo, she continued to press for information and photographed me, my car, and my license plates, even after I unlocked the car and showed her the key in my hand.
This intrusive behavior was unnecessary, and I suggest potentially leaving the car somewhere else for future guests to avoid this situation happening again.
