Michael is a very nice guy. And very prompt. The jeep was very nice however when you get above 60mph it starts to Shake. However, It doesn’t impede your driving. I think it needs an alignment. Overall great vehicle! Thank you again Michael!

The vehicle was clean and maintained well overall. Michael was responsive anytime we had a question. The jeep was easy to locate and Michael provided detailed instructions that made locating the vehicle easy. However upon pickup there were two big cracks down the windshield that were not in the original listing nor were we made aware of it prior to pick up. Michael was kind enough to offer us a slight discount which was appreciated and hopefully it gets repaired soon but for us it was frustrating to spend so much money on a rental for a fun weekend and the car not be in the condition as originally shown. Pickup at the airport was super convenient however this is the first time I’ve had to pay $ for overnight parking given the car was dropped off the night before so just be aware of the extra $. Overall Michael was responsive, courteous, and the jeep had no major issues that kept it from being drivable.
Thanks and it is challenging to get windshields replaced when glass is not in. Also, the parking fee was mentioned when you booked so should have not been a surprise for you. I do hope you do book with us again in the future.
