The SUV was very clean and it was great on gas. The owner made the process really easy and provided easy pickup and drop off instructions.

Easy dealing with the owner. Turo customer service is terrible! Do not have a cancelled flight because they won’t help you. We paid $124 for the vehicle and were delayed to pick up it up. Messaged the owner and she said to call Turo. I explained the situation about flight delays and being re-booked on another flight and that I needed to move my booking to the next day. They wouldn’t do it without “evidence” and ask for flight numbers (which I provided). They said that my flights were completed so they couldn’t help me. So I paid for approximately 9 hours of use.
