Didn’t like the hail damage on the car when I picked up. Would have been nice to specify this before booking.

Thank you so much for booking my car, taking good care of it, and leaving an honest review! The car is almost new, with only 9,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, hail damage is quite common here in Colorado Springs, and this car is no exception—it recently sustained some very light hail damage. I’d love to host you again!
Customer service was great, pickup drop off went smooth. Car also operated well. Only concern: the car had not been exterior washed (a little dusty)
