Please, absolutely NO PETS, NO SMOKING, and NO OFF-ROADING. Fees will be assessed. Please return the vehicle in the same condition and at the same fuel level you received it Save precious vacation time and hassle by prepaying for a full tank of gas so you can drop off at whatever fuel level it happens to be at by the end of your trip. Contactless exchange at COS airport is available for a fee, not including nominal charges assessed to exit the long-term parking lot on pickup.

What if I am running late to either the pickup or dropoff?
Please send a message letting me know when your updated arrival will be and if you'll be more than 30-minutes late for the dropoff, please extend your trip accordingly if the vehicle has availablity.
Did I just hear the engine turn off while stopped at an intersection??
Yes, you did. This vehicle is equipped with automatic stop/start technology that shuts the engine off when idling with your foot on the brake at a stoplight, for example, to save gas and cut down on carbon emissions. Nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Its a good thing :D
What if I want to enhance my trip by adding extras to my reservation?
Be my guest to add any of the listed extras onto your trip that you wish all the way up until the trip starts, however, reserving them sooner is always better to ensure and confirm availability. All extras provided will be sanitized, reasonably clean, and in good working order on delivery and are expected to return in the same condition (don't worry about sanitizing them though, I'll take care of that!)
How does COS airport delivery work?
The long-term lot is a short 5-min walk or shuttle from Arrivals. SUV's parking location and detailed access instructions and will be sent just before trip. Parking stub will be in glovebox. How do I install the snow traction chains if traveling in heavy snow?
