Great car great communication by host

Awesome experience on our vacation and with host. The car did have an issue at times with starting, but it never failed to start. We always got to continue on our trip. Thankfully it seemed to be a key fob battery issue.
The host was very helpful and the vehicle was very accommodating. We praise God for this opportunity and all the details that were in our favor.

Pick up and drop off was very convenient and easy. The Escalade was not nearly as luxurious as stated unfortunately and we had a few issues during the trip.
The front shocks are completely shot and need to be replaced. There is also very loud humming noise when at cruising speeds, which is most likely a bearing going out. Those two things made our long haul very tough and somewhat frightening.

The Escalade also died on us in the middle of our trip, which seemed to be the starter going out, as the battery was working properly. That was rather scary, but after a little bit, it started right up. This issue was previously stated by another driver.

The vehicle was roomy as expected and held all of our items very well, but the front seats were very worn and didn’t have much comfort left, which was expected being an Escalade and in a luxury category. There were some cosmetic breaks, like the vents and some plastic missing which also was a bummer.

Over all, the Cadillac worked, stayed cold and ran, but I would not rent again unless it got repaired first.

Car was in great condition for the age and drive well. Pickup was smooth. Communication lagged a bit but overall fine.
