They claimed I made a scratch on the tail end of there car... A little scratch. Because I didn't take my own before and after photos they took advantage of that and filed a claim with turo and said they have to paint the whole panel when I could of gotten that scratch out with less than $100 and I didn't even scratch the dam thing but they wanna charge me $350 or something outrageouse.... It's my fault I didn't take before and after pictures.. It's just a shame that people take advantage of the mess fortunate.. Obviously I can't afford my own vehicle what makes you think I can afford 300+ payment on some bull I didn't even do... Horrible people. Do not rent from them
