Amazing experience from start to finish! The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Within 2 hrs of pickup, I messaged Eric about a strong smell in the vehicle. An air freshener was hanging from the rear view mirror. I knew that it had the potential for problems for a family member.
Four of us agreed that it was too much to keep it; Eric disagreed and said that he and his mom didn’t smell any issue.
My fault for not getting a refundable rate, but I asked to exchange it and he wasn’t able to do that. He also didn’t let me know about a $60 delivery fee to pick it up away from the airport.
I had the Audi for less than 48hrs.
He did give me a refund for less than half the cost and would like to “take care of me” on a future rental.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I tried to call and reach out multiple times and never heard back because you were busy with family. I only heard back after the trip was officially over and it was too late to make any changes or issue a refund. I have no control over that. I gave you back everything I could on my end but I can't control any fees. I apologize for the fragrance but nobody in my team smelled anything in the vehicle. I did my best to make it right and will try to help in the future
Great experience overall! The host had excellent communication throughout, with quick replies and clear instructions. Pickup and drop-off were very convenient. Would rent from them again!
