Unfortunately, James has unfairly rated his trip with my car 4 stars out of 5 (bringing down my overall rating) after putting 800 miles on it in a day and a half. I was very communicative with James, and kept him from going over the miles that came w/ the car to prevent extra expenses to him. The car was delivered to him in immaculate condition, and in tip-top mechanical order as well. This is a top-tier luxury vehicle for its year and class, and is maintained excellently in every way.
Matt was an excellent host, and the Chevy Tahoe was fantastic. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It drove smoothly and made my short trip easy and enjoyable. Communication was great, and the entire pickup and drop-off process was simple and hassle-free. I would definitely rent from Matt again. Highly recommended!
