Car was unsafe. This is my second time renting with the owner. A discount was promised for booking again so since I had a positive first experience, I decided to book again. The owner rented me an older car and the car was shaking the entire time. We had to drive below 60mph. When I contacted the owner he said he didn’t want to cancel the booking and was assured that it was safe to drive. At one point while we were driving, all the lights came on on the dashboard. Something is seriously wrong with the car and NO RESOLUTION was offered.

I had a great experience renting this car! The vehicle was exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive. Everything went seamlessly, and I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and an excellent rental experience!

Brakes are completely fine on this cars.
1) they are brand new Rotors and pads Front and Back replaced 1 month ago.
2)car just had MD Safety inspection completed same time the brake were changed.
Also drove the car after he returned it brake worked perfectly fine.
customer came with an electric car, swapped & took my rental am not aure if the feeling of braking is not the same for with his, Electric & Gas have differences.
but for our future customer rest asured brakes are 👍

Great car and great communication! The car was clean, ran well, had lots of space. And the host was able to be flexible with us about both pick up and drop off to accommodate our travel into and out of Maryland. Could not ask for a better experience
