The five-star rating is only for Jenny and her car. I would give Turo a 0 or 1 if I can't give a zero. When signing into turo I inadvertently put my wife's name as an additional driver but she ended up as the primary driver and it took hours on the phone and online to correct it. All of the customer service agents I spoke to on the phone had very strong accents and English was not their primary language. In speaking with them, none of them were able to help clear up the problem and they would send me a link to the "verification customer service" where I could not talk to anybody verbally. I was required to do an online chat and I had to have the same conversation three times before someone could actually figure out how to correct the mistake. It was hours of frustration that I will not do again. I was getting notices right up until our flight that my trip was going to be canceled if I did not submit my driver's license which of course did not match my wife's information so I was almost forced to cancel the trip, potentially, without any refund. My wife wants to go back to the regular car rental agencies and skip all the hassle we had to put up with. Again, not Jenny's fault, so if you want to rent a car from Jenny, she was great!
