The car worked perfectly, but what made the experience amazing was Shane! I booked the care at 1am in the morning and he not only got back to me in the early am he followed me to my car so I could move things over and saved our Yellowstone trip. Again the Honda Pilot was super comfortable but the real Hero was Shane. Thanks again.
