I’m disappointed by the 4-star ratings, especially after lowering the price for you, having the Trax cleaned, and putting new brakes and rotors on it before your trip. You said everything was super easy and I was very accommodating, so the 4 stars for maintenance and convenience are difficult to understand—especially since no concerns were ever brought to my attention.
This car was clean and the host was always responsive and respectful. Will rent again.
