The car was dirty and stinky. It needs to be put in the shop as well
The assertion that the vehicle was unclean is inaccurate, as evidenced by the pre-trip photo documentation. The renter exhibited an uncooperative demeanor, stemming from her inability to adhere to the straightforward instructions provided within the application for vehicle location. Prior renters consistently awarded the vehicle a five-star rating, and no previous issues were reported. The vehicle was provided in a clean condition and was returned in a soiled state, with an unreplenished gas.
