Host was super easy to talk to, and responsive. 5/5 for the host.
The reason I deducted 2 stars is due to the fact that the car is going to need servicing very soon before it breaks down on someone else when they least expect it. The auto start feature did not work almost instantly (within the first 15-20 miles) into my trip. It kept cutting off and instructing me to turn vehicle off and restart it. I had to disable the feature the entirety of my trip, which did help, but it was still worrisome to have had this happen when I just began my trip. When I started the vehicle for the first time of the day the 2 days I had it, it started fine. But after driving a distance and stopping for gas, the vehicle stuttered to restart. I had to make a long distance trip that was very last minute and was non avoidable and was already en route when realizing these issues, but for the sake of future renters, I do believe this vehicle needs to be serviced asap.
I hate to leave a semi sour review because like I said, host is 5/5, but just would like to save any potential renters in the near future from a break down like I was worried about.
