The car is great, very comfortable and Inno was responsive and helpful. I would give 5⭐️ but the only downside is the car smelled of cigarettes. Other than that everything was perfect.

I sincerely apologize for the smell — a previous guest violated our no-smoking policy 🚭. We completed a full detailing with ozone treatment and leather conditioning 🧼✨, but sometimes a slight odor can linger.
