Ronnell made our trip great!
The pickup of the car was smooth. We showed up to the lot and did the check in. The car was very clean and smelled great. You can tell he takes pride in the car.
Chargers, adapters, and the parking ticket were all in the car. We used the adapter at chargepoint locations and it worked perfectly.
The ride was amazing though. Full Self Driving made all the difference! We barely had to drive at all. That made it so that we could have really good conversations and enjoy each other's company on the trips. 99% of the driving was done by Blue Lightning (the car).
Communication was great too. He reached out when needed, offered guidance when asked, and set some expectations. It was refreshing.
Overall, this was a great rental and great experience. Thanks, Ronnell!
