Front headlight was out, and the vehicle was sent out with an unsafe tire that had a poor patch. The tires were also overinflated, and we ended up with a flat that cost us an entire morning getting a new tire and another evening dealing with repairs. The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is that communication was prompt and the host took care of the tire issue. That tire should never have been on the vehicle in the first place.
