Everything went great! The car owner, Randall, was very quick to respond to all my questions. Highly recommend, and I definitely plan to rent from him again in the future.

I used it to show for my daughter for prom and she loved.

Tank wasn’t full when picked up. The windows were not as clean all the way down to the sunroof had streaks, from my experience as a frequent Turo user this was not what I expected when renting this car. The inside wasn’t extremely dirty but again it wasn’t rental quality. The whole passenger side of the car was scratched up. I was told that the car had a car wash membership and it was not active when I went to get the wash. Overall the car drove extremely well.
As a turo host, we’re not required to have the tank filled, it just needs to be returned to the level it was picked up at. Due to other guests frequently renting the vehicle, there is normal wear-and-tear on the vehicle like small scratches. You probably went to the wrong car wash as ALL of my cars have had active car wash memberships since the day I started. Thanks for your business!

Pickup was easy, car was clean but did have faint cigarette smell that faded as our trip went on. Car was in great condition and rides really smoothly.
